Build your business with a sponsor who actually picks up the phone.

I'm Megan Bell, an associate broker with Real. I'm also a producing agent, so I'm still working with buyers and sellers every week, right out of my own office in downtown Canal Winchester. If you're thinking about Real, I'll walk you through it honestly, help you make the move without the chaos, and stay in your corner long after you join.

You shouldn't have to choose between a successful sponsor and a supportive one.

Changing brokerages is a big decision, and it's normal to feel unsure. Maybe you're worried about your listings, your database, or just starting over somewhere new. Those are fair questions, and you'll get straight answers from me.

I've spent over 14 years in real estate and property management, my business runs almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients, and I'm licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Because I'm still actively selling, what I share with you comes from what's working in the field right now. I bring the same calm, communication-first approach to the agents I sponsor that I bring to my clients.

No hard sell

If Real isn't the right fit for you, I'll tell you. A good decision matters more than a fast one.

How Real works

The basics, in plain language

Real is a cloud-based brokerage. You keep a larger share of each commission until you reach an annual cap, and after that you keep 100% for the rest of your anniversary year. The brokerage sets these terms for everyone, so they're the same no matter who sponsors you.

85/15Commission split until you cap
$12,000Annual cap for an individual agent
100%Your share after you cap
5 tiersOptional revenue share if you grow a network

Figures reflect Real's published US structure as of late 2026. Transaction and annual fees also apply, and terms can change, so we'll walk through the current numbers together and run them against your own business before you decide.

Solo or on a team? There's more than one way in.

Real also has team options, and depending on how you join, your cap and split can look different from the individual numbers above. Some agents want full independence, others want the structure and support of a team. There's no wrong answer. We'll talk through each option and figure out which setup fits how you like to work.

Common questions

What agents usually ask me first

What happens to my current listings and pending deals?

That depends on your current brokerage agreement. Before you move, review it carefully and talk to your managing broker. We'll plan your timing around your active clients so nobody feels the transition.

Do I have to recruit to do well at Real?

No. Plenty of agents join for the split, cap, and tools alone. Revenue share is there if building a network interests you, and I'm happy to coach you on it, but it's never required.

Will I feel alone at a cloud brokerage?

Only if you don't plug in, and I'll help you do that. You'll meet your state brokers, join your state community space, and get invited to calls and local meetups. And you'll always have me.

Can I join as part of a team?

Yes. Real offers team options, and joining as part of a team can change your cap and split. Every setup has tradeoffs, so let's walk through them together and find the one that fits your goals.

Does my sponsor change what I pay?

No. Real sets the split, cap, and fees, and they're the same whoever you name as sponsor. What a sponsor changes is the support you get. That's where I focus.

I'm still just curious. Is it okay to reach out?

Absolutely. A conversation isn't a commitment. Reach out when you're ready, even if you're just starting to think about it.

Hey friend,

If you're reading this, you're probably weighing a big decision, and that can feel like a lot. I want you to know it's completely okay to take your time and ask every question on your mind.

Changing brokerages shouldn't feel lonely or rushed. Whether you end up at Real or not, I'm happy to be a sounding board. And if you decide to build your business alongside me, I'll be here for the questions, the wins, and the harder weeks too.

Good business is better with good people around you. I'd love to be one of yours.
